Charity options
One of our Discard & Donate service goals is to donate as many items as possible to local charities. Donating items keeps them out of landfills, helps support those in need, and keeps costs down.
*REMINDER: Please send a copy of all donation receipts obtained to both the family and the HSH Coordinator. (Donation receipts are only applicable in the US.)
if you cannot find a local charity, reach out to your HSH coordinator for charity suggestions. To assist you in this endeavor, we've created a Charity Repository. Most of these charities will provide pick-up service. The repository contains scheduling information and a brief description of the charity.
