Use the CSR provided with each new job invite. This is the most current CSR via items and weight per the industry standard.  
 

The Summary Page is for HSH to complete - no need for you to do anything here.
 

Do not color-code the CSR, as it is removed.  Save yourself some time.
 

Do not enter half a pound for item weight, just round up to an even number.
 

Try to minimize using Misc. Boxes when possible.
 

If it looks like the job will include a large weight reduction, please alert HSH as soon as possible.   This information is important to the relocation company as logistical arrangements may need to be adjusted.
